Today, Hans is the Co-Founder and CEO of Deliberately.ai, an AI-first legal technology platform that's reshaping the legal industry. By applying advanced large language models (LLMs) and generative AI, Deliberately is solving some of the sector’s most complex, deeply-rooted challenges—making legal workflows smarter, faster, and more human-centered.

Before launching Deliberately, Hans played a pivotal role as VP of Product Design at C3 AI, where he built and led the company’s acclaimed product design organization. His strategic leadership helped shape C3’s trajectory from an ambitious startup to a publicly traded innovator in the AI space, known for its bold design approach and enterprise excellence.

Earlier in his career, Hans led product design at IBM’s Silicon Valley Lab, overseeing a wide-ranging portfolio of enterprise software. His work there brought clarity and consistency to complex systems—boosting usability, quality, and product coherence across IBM’s offerings.

In addition to his corporate work, Hans has spent over a decade advising Silicon Valley tech companies, offering strategic insight at the intersection of design, technology, and growth. He also collaborates with early-stage startups, helping them bring bold ideas to market with clarity and purpose.
