Deliberately.ai is  seeking a Senior Marketing Leader to join the team; As an early member of our team, you’ll have a front-row seat in defining and executive our marketing programs and best practices.

Included in the responsibilities are oversight of the following; development and optimization of new customer acquisition and retention campaigns, brand marketing, content and digital marketing, website content, and sponsorships and events. 

Leading enterprise-wide efforts to better understand customer needs for Legal Intelligence Technologies, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across touchpoints, and delivering effective marketing campaigns. 

The Senior Marketing Leader manages marketing performance data and analytics to support enterprise-wide key metrics and develops key insights and recommendations on how to improve marketing performance.

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company growth objectives. 

  • Lead market research initiatives to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

  • Oversee the development and execution of brand strategies to strengthen brand equity.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels, materials, and customer touchpoints. 

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, events, and traditional media. 

  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI. 

  • Drive digital transformation and innovation in marketing efforts.

  • Oversee SEO/SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising strategies to increase online visibility and lead generation. 

  • Lead the development of a content strategy that aligns with business goals and engages target audiences. 

  • Create high-quality content for blogs, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing channels. 

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with customer journey optimization. 

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing strategies and product positioning. 

  • Establish KPIs for all marketing initiatives and track performance against goals. 

  • Leverage analytics tools to gather insights and drive data-driven decision-making. 

  • Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommend adjustments. 

  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and executive teams, to align marketing objectives with business goals. 

  • Represent the marketing function in executive meetings and strategy sessions. 

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements. 

  • Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives to expand into new segments or regions. 

  • Champion innovative marketing technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree, in marketing, business, or communications. Advanced degree preferred. 

  • Minimum of 15 years experience in marketing and strategic marketing. 

  • Strong knowledge of technology or technology marketing with a track record of success in marketing SaaS products preferred. 

  • Strong knowledge of marketing best practices.

  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal communication, active listening and political acumen skills and advanced skills to represent the team and department with other institutional and/or external constituencies. 

  • Experience in development of business-to-business marketing plans and tactics such as advertising, relationship marketing, collateral, website, creative campaign development, digital marketing and social media, multicultural marketing, public relations, special events and tracking/measurement to report performance impact of marketing initiatives. 

  • Strong analytic skills with particular emphasis on digital marketing, campaign optimization, customer data analytics, and CRM experience required. 

  • Experience in setting and managing Google Ad products and Social Media platforms.

  • Strategic and analytical thinker with a drive toward execution and delivering results.

  • Exceptional project management & organization skills with the ability to balance multiple projects.

  • Superior strategic planning, critical thinking, communication, and business writing skills.

  • Best in class team building and engagement skills.

  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends.
